All of the Contingent's weapons are monitored, maintained, repaired, etc. by our Armorer Sergeant Candide Despont and the whole is inventoried, including all related historical elements, by our Lieutenant-Ensign Jean-Marc Granget.
In total there are more than 40 swords, not counting the sappers' axes and the lighters, of the 80 grenadiers who are thus maintained and kept in perfect condition.
